What we fix

• PS5 controller stick drift fix (TMR upgrade)

  Character moving on its own? Camera creeping to one side? That’s stick drift. The stock DualSense sticks wear out with use, often within a couple of years.

  We replace them with TMR sticks, which sense position magnetically instead of with parts that rub and wear down, so they don’t drift from wear like the originals.

  • Installed and tested before you get it back, usually within an hour.
  • Drop it off, or we come to you and fix it on the spot.
  • Have more than one controller? Fixing 4 or more sticks drops the price to $20 each.

  $25 per stick, or $20 per stick for 4 or more

• PS5 deep cleaning

  Loud fan or overheating? Dust builds up deep inside the PS5 where you can’t reach it, and the liquid metal on the processor can develop dry spots that make it run hot.

  We open the console, clean out the dust and build-up, and clean up the liquid metal on the processor to get rid of the dry spots that cause overheating.

  $70, or $100 with an HDMI port replacement

• PS5 HDMI port replacement

  PS5 turns on but nothing shows up on the TV? A damaged HDMI port is a common cause. We replace the port and test the console on a screen before you get it back.

  Get it cleaned at the same time and pay $100 for both (the cleaning is $30 instead of $70).
